Comparison of the Czech and French Trade law and analysis of the relevant French legal terminology with a glossary

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is trade business in the Czech republic and France and analysis of corresponding legal terminology. This thesis is composed of descriptive and lexical part. The descriptive part contains information about trade business legislation in the Czech republic and France, specifically information about parties to trade business and conditions of transaction of trade business, followed by comparison of both legislations. The lexical part offers the analyses of corresponding legal terminology and their czech equivalents. In case of non-existence of czech equivalents possible translation is suggested. The lexical part also includes the franch-czech glossary.
Effective Communication in multi-level Marketing

This bachelor thesis aims to introduce the concept of multi-level marketing, map possibilities of communication and identify the effective communication style. To verify uttered hypotheses and finding other pieces of knowledge is used an electronic questionnaire, which was filled by 218 respondents. The results are analysed and described in detail. The effective communication style is determined, it can be used by a trader in multi-level marketing and also the ideal scheme during sales negotiations is described. The findings and recommendations of this work can be used not only by independent dealers in multi-level marketing, but also traders in other sectors.
Commodities trading from the perspective of a beginning trader

The thesis focuses on commodities trading on the exchange. It summarizes the author's knowledge on the issue and presents a comprehensive procedure, how to work with the markets. It analyses aspects of psychology and money-management. The thesis guides the reader through the work of business plan on the base of back-test and applying the day-trading strategy to the simulation mode of the futures e-mini Nasdaq-100.
Information as a basis for stock trading

The objective of the thesis is to characterize the importance of information and consequently also of knowledge as the bases for active dealing in the stock market. The fundamental terms of information credibility, disinformation and information asymmetry, which have a cardinal effect on behaviour of particular participants of the market, are mentioned in the thesis. The theory of effective markets and the factors due to which it is not able to explain the development and the real state of the contemporary stock markets, are analysed in more detail in the thesis. A considerable part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis and the definition of information need as a basic requirement for making successful investment decisions of an individual, whereas ways to its fulfilment are implied -- including a description and a division of available information sources. The description and the analysis of several dealing strategies which are directly based on usage of various kinds of information are not missing in the thesis. A part of the work is a presentation and an analysis of the results of a research made among real investors.

The aim of this theses is the identification with valid legal form of the Trade licensing act. This theses has identification the reader with legal form of this form of enterprise and also it serves as instruction for the establishment of the trading for the strating enterpisers. This theses also contains the historical progress of this form of enterprise and at the end is the interpretation of datas, which concern of the numbers of published of trade licence.
